Balanced and intense

Our Reserva has between 24 and 36 months of ageing. It is an intense, balanced and tasty cava. Round and versatile, it is capable of accompanying and adapting to any occasion and combining perfectly with a wide variety of dishes.

Reserva combines perfectly with lunches and dinners with friends, unexpected visits and rest after an intense day.

Intense, versatile, balanced, with aromas of ripe fruit and a slight evolution.

TASTING NOTES:
Golden straw color. On the nose it is expressive, with aromas of sweet fruit and yeasts, accompanied by light notes of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is tasty, intense and dry while refreshing, endowed with fine bubbles and well-integrated carbonic.

Intense, versatile, balanced, with aromas of ripe fruit and a slight evolution.

TASTING NOTES:
Golden straw in color, with small, persistent bubbles and good crown formation. Green and fruity aromas can be appreciated on the nose. On the palate it is light, fresh, intense, pleasant and tasty, with well-integrated carbon dioxide.

Roca Gibert Reserva is an incredibly versatile and balanced cava, capable of complementing a wide variety of dishes. It combines very well with dishes of all kinds, whether they are light or more elaborate; pasta, lasagna, quiche, empanadas, risottos, black rice and more elaborate or fatty fish dishes, such as salmon. It is also the perfect companion for a table of sausages or semi-cured cheeses.
