Aged for more than 72 months (6 years), it is a Gran Reserva cava but from our point of view it does not belong to this category, since its long ageing and elaboration make it an exceptional and different cava. It has carried out all of its ageing with a natural cork stopper and each bottle is manually disgorged. It is a cava where you can see its elaboration and complexity.

TASTING NOTES:

Golden yellow in color. On the nose it is complex, endowed with a great wealth of nuances that range from toasted and mature fruit to dried fruits and fine lees, the result of a long aging with a cork stopper. Fresh and tasty, it is balanced and structured on the palate. This cava has a fine and well-integrated bubble.
